But what do they actually do? They just replace the nicotine you normally get from cigarettes. The problem is that they don't get to the route of the problem (the mind). What's strange is that most people who use them say they're completely ineffective anyway.

So if you don't want to try this way, then you probably aren't missing out on much, except disappointment.

Okay you now know that these unnatural ways aren't as great as people think, but can one give up naturally?

There's two main natural ways to give up smoking, you can decide for yourself which is best.

COLD TURKEY

Of course it's natural, just not smoking anymore at all. You've probably tried this method yourself and given up because it was too hard.

Reason: smoking's an addiction, in that your brain is constantly telling you that you need more. Beating an addiction means getting your brain to stop doing this, normally a very hard process and most just give in long before the addiction is beaten, and they're back to square one.
