Is there an easy way to stop
smoking? This report uncovers the question as to whether or not an

The idea being to give up cigarettes
completely straight away so eventually the addiction dies away
slowly. Big problem here, the meantime, between first giving up and
not even wanting one anymore. During this time all the brain does is
tell you that you want another and causes major stress. Usually
people just give in and start smoking again.
Nicotine patches: Impossible way
What? Surely it makes giving up smoking
easy. How can it be impossible? Simple, it doesn't work.
Ideally nicotine patches replace the
nicotine cravings (nicotine is the addictive substance found in
cigarettes) and the person using them can give up slowly, using less
and less patches over time.
Great, apart from the fact that they
have proven to be largely ineffective and even if they did work,
giving up the patches would on its own be difficult as the addiction
still remains in the subconscious.
Right we now what the hard and useless
ways of giving up smoking are, but what is an easy way?

Right, here's something that few ever consider because they don't
