Easy way to stop smoking

 

Is there an easy way to stop smoking? This report uncovers the question as to whether or not an easy stop smoking method actually exists and if so how effective it is.

 

A huge percentage of people in this world today are smokers. But an incredibly small percentage of them actually want to be. The rest simply wish they could give up smoking and never touch one again. However, giving up smoking is hard, very hard.

 

The reason being that it's an addiction, a dependence on a substance or activity to such an extent that one cannot function properly without it. Stored in the subconscious parts of the mind addictions are very hard to overcome.

 

In order to give up smoking, this addition must be removed (or at least masked) from the subconscious. But how is this possible and how can it be made easy.

 

Before uncovering the easy way to stop smoking lets have a look at the hard ways.

 

Going Cold turkey on cigarettes: Hard way

 

The idea being to give up cigarettes completely straight away so eventually the addiction dies away slowly. Big problem here, the meantime, between first giving up and not even wanting one anymore. During this time all the brain does is tell you that you want another and causes major stress. Usually people just give in and start smoking again.

 

Nicotine patches: Impossible way

 

What? Surely it makes giving up smoking easy. How can it be impossible? Simple, it doesn't work.

 

Ideally nicotine patches replace the nicotine cravings (nicotine is the addictive substance found in cigarettes) and the person using them can give up slowly, using less and less patches over time.

Great, apart from the fact that they have proven to be largely ineffective and even if they did work, giving up the patches would on its own be difficult as the addiction still remains in the subconscious.

 

Right we now what the hard and useless ways of giving up smoking are, but what is an easy way?

Right, here's something that few ever consider because they don't know what it is. What it does is talk directly to the subconscious mind and change habits, without the individual being aware of it.
